Fallingwater®

Description:

Fallingwater, one of Frank Lloyd Wright’s most acclaimed works was designed in 1935 for the family of Pittsburgh department store owner Edgar J. Kaufmann. Construction of the house began in 1936, and the house’s fame has grown steadily since that time.

Perhaps better than any single work, Fallingwater exemplifies Wright’s concept of organic architecture: the harmonious union of art and nature. With the Fallingwater set from The Atom Brick, builders will gain an appreciation for the details Wright included in his design from the waterfall over which the home was built to terraces and even furniture in the home.

Learn about the history and construction of Fallingwater in the hardbound instruction book as you use 4,383 parts to recreate this architectural icon.
